Our first weekend trip of the summer.  A quick trip down to the International Peace Garden for our anniversary weekend.  My favourite part of the Peace Garden was, of course, the succulent/tropical garden:

We spent the night in Brandon, MB.  I was excited to eat at Prairie Firehouse, a restaurant in a historic building: the Central Fire Station. The inside features beautiful exposed brick, and lots of historical fire station/firefighting photographs, art and decor. Super cool!  I ate the truffle burger, which was awesome:

I was so happy to spend our long weekend celebrating our two year anniversary!
